What is Colpay?
Colpay is business software for businesses that sell on monthly instalments, such as memberships, courses, subscriptions and physical goods. It tracks payments and sends the paperwork and reminders around them.
Instalment payment tracking means recording the agreed schedule for a sale, matching each payment to the right month, and following up on what is overdue.
What Colpay is

- Not a payment processor: recording a payment in Colpay is a record of money received, and Colpay does not move money for you.

- Not an advertised store app: this site describes the web app only.
How does Colpay check the facts on this site?
Every feature described on this site is checked against what the product is built to do, and each page shows the date it was checked. Anything we cannot confirm is left out.
What we do
- Each page carries a "Facts checked" date.
- Feature claims stay inside what the product does, and limits are stated beside the claim.
- For tax and legal topics such as LHDN e-invoicing, late fees, SST and payroll, we link to the official source and ask readers to check their own obligations.
- Questions in the FAQ sections are ones people actually search for.
What we do not publish
- Prices, trial length or plan limits until they are confirmed. See pricing.
- Customer numbers, ratings, awards, testimonials or case studies we cannot show.
- Claims that Colpay is certified, approved or fully compliant with any authority or standard.
- Promises about collection rates or that a reminder will be delivered or paid.
- A company name, registration number, address, contact or author name that has not been confirmed.
