Colpay is instalment payment tracking software for Malaysian businesses that sell on monthly instalments, such as memberships, courses and subscriptions. Colpay prices are shown at sign-up and on the billing screen in the app, where each plan lists its currency, amount, billing interval, trial settings, features and AI allowance.
This page does not print prices. We could not confirm the live plan list on the day these facts were checked, so we would rather send you to the place that always shows the current offer than publish a number that may be out of date. For a quote or a question before you start, contact Colpay.

How much does Colpay cost?
The current price depends on the plan you choose, and the live plan list is shown at sign-up and in the app.

Contact ColpayWhy there are no numbers here: Colpay's plans are managed centrally and can change. Live plan data could not be confirmed on 29 October 2026, so no plan name, price, currency, tax treatment, discount or trial length is printed on this page. The figures you see at sign-up and in the app are the ones that apply.
What does the Colpay subscription cover?
Your subscription pays for using Colpay. It is billed separately from the money your own customers pay you, which you only record in Colpay.
Billing inside the app
- Subscribe through online checkout once you choose a plan.
- Manage your plan from the billing screen.
- See your payment history and download your subscription invoices.
Your customers' payments stay yours
- Payments from your customers are recorded in Colpay as a record of money received.
- Recording a payment does not process or move the money.
- Your subscription to Colpay is a separate bill from those records.
What happens if plan prices change?
A new price applies to future checkouts. An existing subscription can keep the price it was taken out at.
Plans can be added, edited or withdrawn over time, which is why this page points you to sign-up and the app for the current list rather than printing it.
What happens when the trial ends or a payment fails?
If a trial ends or a renewal payment fails, your workspace first moves into a grace period, then to restricted, read-only access until a plan is active again.
Read-only access means you can still open and read your records but cannot make changes.

- Scheduled payment reminders to your customers.
- Scheduled backups.
- Saving changes to your records.
If your customers rely on reminders from Colpay, choose a plan before the trial ends so scheduled reminders keep going out.
Can I cancel my Colpay subscription?
Yes. Colpay supports cancelling a subscription at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access for the time you have paid for.
The full cancellation terms are set out in the terms of service. If something is unclear, contact Colpay before you subscribe.
Is Colpay's AI assistant included in the price?
Each plan lists an AI allowance. AI help depends on that allowance, or on your organisation connecting its own AI service account.
When an allowance runs out, AI answers and actions can stop until it renews or you add your own AI service account. If you use your own AI service account, that provider may charge you separately; those charges are not part of a Colpay plan.

Colpay brings instalment tracking, payment reminders, sales documents, statements of account, MyInvois e-invoicing workflows and company accounting into one workspace. Which features come with each plan is shown with the plan at sign-up.
Track and remind
Instalment schedules, deposits and milestone payments, with overdue and renewal reminders by email or WhatsApp once your channel is set up.
Invoice and e-invoice
Seven sales document types as branded PDFs, plus MyInvois e-invoice drafts from payments or invoices that you review and submit.
Statements and books
Customer statements of account as PDF or spreadsheet, and per-company double-entry books with bank reconciliation and payroll.
